Printing Presentations: Despite the fact that PowerPoint introductions are intended to be seen on a PC, there might be times when you need to print them. You can even print custom variants of an introduction, which can be particularly useful when presenting your slide appear. The Print pane makes it simple to see and print your introduction.
Print designs
PowerPoint incorporates several layouts when printing an introduction. The design you pick will generally depend on why you’re printing the slide appear. There are four distinctive print formats:
Full-page slides: This prints a full page for each slide in your introduction. This format would be most helpful in the event that you required to review or edit a printed duplicate of your introduction.
-
- Notes: This prints each slide, along with any speaker notes for the slide. If you’ve included a lot of notes for each slide, you could keep a printed copy of the notes with you while presenting.
- Outline: This prints an overall outline of the slideshow. You could use this layout to review the organization of your slideshow and prepare to deliver your presentation.
- Handouts: These prints thumbnail versions of each slide, with discretionary space for notes. This format is particularly valuable in the event that you need to give your group of onlookers a physical copy of the introduction. The discretionary space permits them to take notes on each slide.
